Dr. Jeff Howard, trained social psychologist, has developed a comprehensive set of field-tested training programs, consulting services and materials for adults and youth. He is also the founder of J. Howard and Associates, a corporate training and consulting firm that is part of the Novations Group, Inc. Dr. Howard holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Harvard University.

Michele Courton Brown brings over two decades of management, strategic planning, marketing and organizational development to her role as Chief Operating Officer. In addition to overseeing the Institute’s operations, she is deeply engaged in program expansion, client relations and training. Prior to joining Efficacy, Michele held executive leadership positions at several Fortune 100 companies, and served on the boards of numerous local and national education organizations.
