Salma Hussein, Valedictorian of English High in Boston, tells David Boeri of WBUR that the theme of her graduation speech is "that you can be successful, no matter where you are.” Ms. Hussein arrived in Boston from Bangladesh four years ago without any English skills; this month she graduates top of her class and is headed to Smith College in the fall on full scholarship.
