How much of an impact can a great kindergarten teacher have? According to an article published in the New York Times, a new study has found that a kindergarten class lead by a highly effective teacher can result in an additional $320,000 in earnings for the students over the course of their lives. These findings challege the notion of the "fade-out effect," and add to the evidence that a quality education can have a real and lasting impact.
